What is the process of making wheatgrass juice?
- Before planting, rinse the grains and soak them for 12 hours.
- When germinating, we use only pure water, with no added chemicals or fertilisers.
- The cutting takes place on the 7th-10th day, it is at this stage of sprout growth that the content of useful substances is at its maximum.
- We extract the juice in a premium Angel twin-screw juicer, which follows the cold press technology.
- We then dose the freshly squeezed juice with 30 mg each and send it to blast chambers to preserve its beneficial properties.
